We recommend starting with our District Starter Pack: 3 classes for just $45! It’s the perfect way to experience our studio, meet our instructors, and see if we’re the right fit for your Pilates journey.
*This package will be available for purchase closer to the studio’s opening. -
We recommend wearing anything you feel comfortable moving and working out in, think fitted leggings, tank tops, or activewear you already love. We do suggest avoiding overly baggy clothing, as loose fabric can get caught in the reformer equipment.
*Grip socks are required for safety, stability, and sanitary reasons. They can be purchased in studio or you can bring your own. -
First class- please arrive about 10 minutes early. This gives us the time to greet you, introduce you to the reformer, and ensure you're set up for a comfortable and safe experience.
For all subsequent classes- arriving around 5 minutes before start time is perfect. It allows you to check-in quickly and get settled without feeling rushed.
*If your arrival overlaps with the previous class, please wait outside. If you must enter, enter quietly & respectfully, keep noise to a minimum to allow that class to finish.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be offered to someone on standby. If no one is waiting, the instructor may still decline entry to avoid disrupting the class and to ensure everyone’s safety. The instructor will gladly assist you in rescheduling whenever possible.

Absolutely not! Our Mat Strength and Reform 1 classes are perfect for newcomers, offering the perfect blend of foundational movement, optional progressions, and a full-body workout, no experience required. For extra comfort, private sessions are also available to ease you in.
-
Yes! When practiced mindfully and with experienced guidance, Pilates is a safe and highly beneficial form of movement during pregnancy.
We recommend starting with private sessions to learn appropriate modifications, or joining our Mat Strength or Reform 1 classes for a supportive and beginner-friendly experience.
Pilates can help build strength and stability, improve balance and posture, reduce low back and pelvic discomfort, strengthen the pelvic floor, and enhance breathing control and body awareness.
As always, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise routine during pregnancy. Participation requires clearance from your doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

If a class fills up, you’re welcome to join the waitlist!
If a spot opens up to 14 hours before class, you'll be automatically dropped in and notified right away.
After the 14‑hour cutoff, if a spot becomes available, it’s first come, first served, so feel free to check for open slots.
*If you have been added to the class and can no longer make it, you are responsible for cancelling your spot. You may cancel up to 12 hours before class start time without penalty. This ensures others can book the class and helps you avoid additional charges for not showing up!
-
Class credits from our 4- and 8-class auto-renew memberships expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Please schedule your classes before the cycle ends to get the most out of your credits!
